The Kingpin Style of Barbecue

Our style of barbecuing is not traditional. We specialize in tri-tip, stuffed smoked turkey legs with shrimp mac & cheese, ribs, chicken, pulled pork. One meat is cooked with apple, pecan, oak and hickory wood. We make our very own rubs and seasonings, and all of our sides are made from scratch with love. We believe in using the best products in order to give you a great product. Come out and check out our Santa Maria grill/smoker set up  – great for catering and events. A show for crowds of hungry BBQ fans, it’s the biggest and best in Arizona!

How We Got Started

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio Jimmy grew up eating good barbecue ribs, rib tips, chicken, and pulled pork. Wanting to match those good recipes, we started cooking in Las Vegas Nevada – formally known as “Topnotch Barbecue.” We have won many awards for Barbecue and Featured in numerous magazines locally and nationwide. Our motto over here is: (No sauce for the boss). Perfectly seasoned meat never needs sauce to enhance the flavor. Once you taste our food you will see the love we put in it. We are a family owned And operated business.
